[Elecraft] KX3: Cleaner audio with Yamaha CM500, also PTT

I kept planning to build an adaptor to fix it, but didn’t get around to it. Then I drew it out to make sure I know what was going on and it hit me. Very much a case of “laziness is the mother of non-reinvention”.

The PTT jack was an unexpected bonus.
