[Elecraft] P3 Transmit Monitor Up and Running

I finally decided to install the TX monitor in my P3 today which was the
first time I have used beta firmware.  All went fine with the load and the
monitor function works with the following exceptions:

1. dBm level modes end in "9" as noted earlier on this list.

2. The CW Split Screen waveform function was enabled by default and really
looks nice!  However, when I disabled it through the menu is seems to be
AWOL; it won't come back on again!

Beta means beta....
