[Elecraft] CW reception with 3 peaks on PX3

Probably sidebands from stray modulation. Distance from "carrier" to one is the freq of the modulating signal. I've very occasionally heard what sounds like intentional MCW, you have to widen your filters to hear it but you can see it on a P(X)3.
