[Elecraft] K3_no_xmit,_no_receive? FIXED! (for now)

To me it looks like the normal oxidation process that occurs due to 
reaction between silver plating on the connector and oxygen in the air.  
The dark color is silver oxide.  {Some of you chemists can better 
explain this effect.}
