[Elecraft] K3: New Synth and frequency jump between connectors

There should be no difference in antenna performance with the new
synthesizers.  There is a high-pass filter in the T/R switch to protect
the PIN Diodes - that means frequencies below 1.5 MHz will be better
using the RX Ant or XVTR jack.
