[Elecraft] LOTW System problems?

This happened a year or two ago which is why the queue-status page 
appeared.  Took awhile to beef up the system.  LoTW is an IONO 
architecture [In Once Never Out] and just grows forever so about all 
they can do is add capability ... faster mass storage, more mass 
storage, more servers, increased load balancing ...
