Thanks Don.

No not building a new one just sitting back reminiscing about building #4684. A couple of hours every night after work and weekends. The key for me was to stop at a logicak spot every night so it'd be easy to pick up the next night.

As for stripping enamel off toroid wires I started out with the pool of soder method but soon came up with my own. I used a small propane torch to burn the stuff off followed by a few swipes of fine grit emeory cloth and finally a good thin tinning of solder.

I'll have to dig my assembly manuals out and count them up.
