[Elecraft] P3 Transmit Monitoring Feature

The interface board draws essentially no current (< 1 mA).  I'm not sure 
exactly how much power the sensor itself draws but it's low also, on the 
order of 8 mA max from the 5V internal supply, perhaps 4 mA from the 12V 
input.

So not an issue.
