[Elecraft] KSYN3A_transmit_frequency_jumping_around?

I noticed that N1MM+ seemed to randomly turn the RIT on for me from time
to time. Maybe it also can turn on XIT? I didn't get a chance to
research it, but I would suspect it before I would suspect the K3.
