[Elecraft] KX3 tuner

Sent to Elecraft for repair. Q7 and Q2 were replaced. Calibrated and tested
to current factory specs. Did a burn in. Works great now. Don't know what I
could have done to cause the problems. Cost of repairs and return shipping
$237.42. Good to have it back as it is my only rig. 73 George/W2BPI
