[Elecraft] New 30A power supply on Elecraft order form

Interesting and very attractive.
Two questions:
1) How (acoustic) noisy is the fan, eg compared to the K3 fan?
2) Does the fan operate gradually (eg in steps like KPA500) as the temperature increases or is it either fully OFF or ON?
