[Elecraft] (permit for Yaesu) Spratley Islands DX0P DXpedition with K3s, KPA500s and KX3s.

Even thought the press release clearly says Elecraft, it looks like their permit from the Philippines is for a Yaesu not Elecraft radio?
May just be a formality.
