[Elecraft] K3 FW 5.14

Hi,
i have installed the newest FW and did the 50W calibration. Now i´m not able
to get 12W (KPA3 kicks out). I get only 6-9W-depending on the band. Is that
the way it is supposed to work to prevent the overdrive? When set to 100W
the K3 reaches the adjusted power level easily on all bands...
