[Elecraft] Problem after installation of KSYN3A - no TX power (not direct related)

Check that ALL the mini cables are properly seated in their
sockets. Sometimes originally a cable was not properly seated but didn't
cause trouble. Then only a very light jostling during some later work
inside the case can break the connection.
Don't bother asking how I know this. :>)
