[Elecraft] k3 kx3 memory editor rejects 60 meter entries

Nope, it was locations 17 through 21, with vfo a usb and vfo cw. the
actual error was "illegal frequency".
All is well now that I pulled the frequencies from the radio instead of
trying to write them manually to the spreadsheet cells though.
