[Elecraft] Win 8.1 audio and the K3

I agree with the recommendation of using a USB audio adapter.  They are 
cheap and simple.  I've used them for years and never had a problem.  On 
the other hand, I've had many similar problems with audio interfaces on 
laptops.  My current station computer is an Intel NUC.  Clever little 
compact computing unit which uses the single jack audio in/out.  I 
plugged in my USB audio device and Windows 8.1 Pro loaded up the driver 
in no time and everything worked fine.
