[Elecraft] K2 and installing KSB2 & 160m

Doug,

The best advice for installing options in the K2 is to simply follow the 
instructions in order and work carefully.  After you have installed the 
same option 3 times or more, you might be able to take some liberties 
with the instructions, but not the first time.
