[Elecraft] Is there a K3 macro command to bypass ATU?

See the K3 & KX3 Programmers Reference for the MN command -
specifically MN023.  You will also need to check the MP command
for the specific states but something like MN023;MP001;MN255;
should enable the KAT3 and MN023;MP000;MN255; should bypass the
KAT3.  Note I have not verified the specific MP values.
