[Elecraft] PC Internal Sound Card

There are many internal cards   The creative sound blaster Audigy FX  
PCIe   will do 24 bit / 196 stereo so that will be fine for LP-Pan  it 
can be had for under $40.    I have the PCI version.  seems quite both 
in and out. works well for digital including JT65
