Based on theoretical considerations, a 4 element square array of
Hi Z elements should be generally equivalent to a SALA of the same
"footprint".  Both are effectively three element endfire arrays.
The SALA will have a bit more high angle response due to the sloping
wires while the Hi Z "4 square" will have a bit poorer broadside
rejection due to the spread "center" element.
