[Elecraft] RSGB RadCom Handbook 2015

I sent ARRL's Publications/Store an e-mail concerning availability
of the 2015 RSGB Handbook (Volume 12) since it was not listed on
their web shop.  Here is the reply:

Shipping is undoubtedly different for non-US orders but I'm sure an
