[Elecraft] K3 No RF output

Looks like I lost a PIN diode in the TR switch, I've ordered replacements.

Gregg, did you accidentally put your rig into test mode?  Are the antennas
connected?

I am getting 0 RF output from my K3 on all bands regardless of the commanded
power level. Pressing the TX button results in -- where the SWR would
normally be displayed.

Any suggestions or ideas on how to resolve this issue are greatly
appreciated.
