[Elecraft] KPA500 question 2 - remote power control

How are you controlling the amp?  I used the utility program (via TeamViewer when remote) and that works fine.  Occasionally they get out of sync, you have to exit the program, then restart it to be able to turn the power back on, but that isn't common.
