I just checked both Altex and Cable Wholesale ... the Y cables
are still listed for $7.99 and $3.89 respectively.
The Winford BRKSD15HDM-C is $17.00.

Winford also have a board with one male DB15HD, one female DB15HD,
a 16 position terminal strip and fivw solder connection holes per
line to their product mix:

BRK15HDMF-S-FT (with mounting feet) is $22.00.
