[Elecraft] Real serial ports

Ditto that.
Last one I bought was a four port PCIe-1x
As for the Win XP issue I'd not go anywhere near the internet with one 
after April this year.
The only updates that will be available are critical updates which in MS 
speak means NONE.
The OS is 13 years old. Time to move on.
