[Elecraft] USB to Serial Ports adapter: a product test

I just received the WXUSB cable from PowerWerx.  I confirmed that there 
is some electronics between pins 2 and 3 of the RS-232 connector and the 
plugs.
The easy answer is to just order the serial cable and use whatever USB 
to Serial adapter you may have that works.
