Yes, it is possible, and we're working on a special cable for this.

Now THAT I am interested in, I'd be interested in a cable of about 8 - 10
Metres in length.
Then my K3 can live in it's spot in the back of my campervan and I could
have the K3 Mini in the front so I can operate whilst mobile.
I know of a few others that would be very interested in this, Gary, VK1ZZ
would be one of em. :)
