Good Evening,
    Spring has arrived, at least by the calendar, though the bird 
population is increasing daily.  The weather is tending, very slightly, 
toward warmer and more sunny.  However, there have been a few days of 
snow.  Just enough to cover the ground in the morning.  Makes bringing 
in wood more fun.

    Propagation has been improving as shown by a Norwegian check in last 
week.  QSB was effecting the contact but it was fun to get a new one on 
ECN.  I expect more storms tomorrow so both bands will get some QRN.
