After much time searching the web, I've been unable to locate a 3 ring binder to hold full size certificate sleeves, which are too wide for the standard 8.5 x 11 binder. Any suggestions will be very much appreciated. Feel free to e-mail direct, off list . I've no desire to create clutter on this list . just looking for an answer. 73 Brian KD0HII
