[Elecraft] KAT3 tuner and KXAT100 tuner specs question

The KAT3 used in the K3 and KXAT100 tuner used in the KXPA100 amp appear to
have the same specs "on paper." Both handle 100 watts and up to a 10:1 SWR
(KXPA100 lists 5:1 on 160 and 6, unsure about the KAT3). 

What are the differences between the two tuners, if any?
