[Elecraft] KX3 Service!

*Good evening, All.*

*I'm needing to send my KX3 (S/N 2917) in for service.  When I try to
charge the internal batteries, the display indicates my KX3 DOES NOT have a
Battery charger "installed" but it definitely does.  [Rayovac NiMH 2400
mAh] (The rig is NOT under warranty.  I purchased this KX3 on or about
11/21/2012; under S.O. No. 2255-6012-3699 and Invoice #97887.)*

*I opened my KX3 up with ESD protection and the Battery Cable was NOT
connected and in my trying to "connect" it I pulled one of the wires loose
from the Connector on the Battery end of the Harness.*

*I'm needing to send my KX3 in for service without the Batteries and I
don't know where to send it or if I need a RSA*.
