[Elecraft] K3 Encoder Knob installation?

This has happened to a few other owners.  Not sure why, possibly a batch of
bad knobs.  Elecraft has replaced them quickly.  You might want to replace
all the knobs with the new ones sent.  That way they will all be the same
height.  That's what I did.
