[Elecraft] KX3 Macros

I have been chasing the W1AW/N stations.  Although I am using a K3, I set PF1
to do the following:

Tap A = B twice.
Enable split.
Enable the sub receiver.
Set VFO B to 1 kHz above VFO A.

PF2 resets everything back to normal.

This is very simple, but it has proven to be incredibly convenient. I wish I
had discovered macros earlier.
