[Elecraft] Deleting Macros from the K3

In the "Edit Macros" window of the utility, first read macros 1-8 from the K3
to make sure you keep those that you don't want to erase, clear the text
from the "Macro Commands" textbox for each macro you want to erase, and then
write macros 1-8 to the K3.
