[Elecraft] K3 with MARS-ALE

Greetings!

I’m hoping someone has configured their K3 to use PC-ALE or MARS-ALE and can share their knowledge.

I have my K3 linked to my PC in 2 ways — via sound card (Signalink USB) and via RS-232.   It works fine with FLDIGI and with M110A.

Using the Kenwood radio settings I’ve progressed to the point of having it scan the frequencies in the appropriate QRG file.  However, it behaves strangely — switching to SPLIT on some frequencies, for instance.  

If you’ve set this up successfully, I’d love to learn the particulars of how you did it!
