[Elecraft] IF OUT question

The KX3 output is RX I/Q which is *not* an IF output (unless one 
considers baseband as a valid IF).
It can connect directly to a soundcard, not a receiver (SDR-IQ is a 
receiver).
Yes, it must be turned on in the menu.
