[Elecraft] N8LP Tuning Relay w/ K3/KPA500 - help, please

Jim:
I found my "interrupter" and, yes, pin 10 had been removed - I installed it. Unfortunately, my amp still doesn't switch to "standby" when transmitting while SteppIR is tuning.  
Headed to Richmond Va for the day, I'll get back to it this evening!
