[Elecraft] Setting up the frequency offset for the K3 standard filter

The standard 2.7khz filter has the frequency offset marked as 2.7khz. When I try to enter that value during configuration (CONFIG, FL1 FRQ) I see values that range from -1.28 to +.25
What should I be setting it to?
