[Elecraft] 2m module for the KX3?

Hi folks,

Is there any word on when the 2m module for the KX3 will be available?
 There are several 2m repeaters in my area (around Tampa FL) and it would
be nice to access them.  I know the Elecraft website says "coming soon",
but I was wondering what that means!

Also, I was told that it would take 7-10 days for my call sign to show up
in the FCC ULS database.  It will be 10 days tomorrow.  Is it normal for it
take the full 10 days?
