I have an excellent design for an end-fed SINGLE BAND half-wave dipole,
but I can't think of a good way to do it for multiple bands. See the
slides near the end of my talk on elevating vertical antennas at
http://k9yc.com/publish.htm You can build it for about $15 for QRP. To
handle 100W, you'll need a bigger ferrite core for the choke that will
raise the cost by about $10.

You can go to the hardware or electrical supply store and buy a spool of
wire, toss a length of it into a tree or tie it to something on your
house, toss another length into another tree or something on your
garage, and load that as an antenna. The tuners in Elecraft rigs will
match antennas like that very well.

No.

This is what we call back home in WV where I grew up "a pig in a poke."
There's nothing on this webpage except testimonials from new hams who
appear to be technically illiterate. When someone tries to sell you
something without telling you what it is, run like hell in the other
direction.
