[Elecraft] CW QRQ and SPLIT

Jorge,

listen using RX B and transmit with RX/TX A with full QSK at QRQ speeds. 
I am using macros inspired by ZL2IFB:

SPLIT
RT0;XT0;FR0;DV0;BW0040;SWT13;SWT13;UP4;SB1;BW0100;MN111;MP002;MN255;

UNSPLIT
SWT11;BW0040;SWT13;SWT13;FR0;SB0;RT0;XT0;LK0;LK$0;MN111;MP001;MN255;
