[Elecraft] [Elecraft_K3] New K3/KPA500/KAT500 beta firmware: KAT500 tracking of K3 VFO & other improvements

My K3-KPA-KAT works great with all three betas and a new Windows utility for
KPA. Two solid days and no retuning or faults when I get too into the mic.
