[Elecraft] KXPA100 driving AL-800H

Hi George

I am keying the AL=811 from the key jack on the adaptor via the CAT-6 
cable.
I also reinstalled the beta f/w files, for the KXPA, and it just 
occurred to me to reintall the config file for the KX3.
I will do that after breakfast.
