You want product obsolesance.?...How about the Icom's progression of "new & 
improved" starting with the IC-756, followed by the  IC-756PRO, IC-756PRO 
II, IC-756PRO III , and finally (?) the  IC-7600.

I'll admit, they suckered ME into it....had 'em all.

Got a K3/P3/VGA now.
