Checked the connections. All are good now. Spread the spades on the
PowerPoles on all connections and tightened the Ground and made the power
connections tighter. Seems to work fine now. Just contacted a Bloke in
Montreal Canada and it seemed to work fine. When transmitting the unit pulls
about 15 amps. Has that been your experience with the amperage?

Sounds like some good advice, Jerry.
Also, check the power supply itself. Does it maintain voltage? Any
current
clamping going on? Etc.

Gerald,
Have you checked the power cable? Are the connector blades of the APP
connector fully inserted and locked over the locking blades in the housing?
Are the connections to the power supply tight?
Too much resistance in the power cabling (due to loose connections) can
cause exactly what you are observing.
