[Elecraft] XV144 transverter problem

I just completed my XV144 and everything seems to work with it it, except it seems to randomly trip a relay in it for a split second. Like it is trying to transmit. Occasionally this will result in the overload flashing lights and I have to turn everything off and reset it. The meter on my K2 briefly flashes to full scale when this happens. I have it hooked up with the KX60XV and KIO. 

Any ideas on what to look for?
