I said "Not to say it's a scam; but there is 
something unusual going on." Please note the "Not".

Unusual yes; if you read his bio in at qrx.com the 
text style is totally different than in the ad, 
which I seriously doubt was written by AK4EH; but 
not likely a scam with the use of a real, 
verifiable address, etc.
