I'd say SCAM. Sounds like the 'seller' has somehow gained access to 
this property and so is willing to offer the 'come and test' option. 
Makes the scam all the more convincing.

If anyone on the list knows the real AK4EH they should get in touch 
with him and verify.  He may be in the hospital or have been moved 
into a nursing home and someone else is helping themselves to his gear 
(and probably everything else in his house).

It may be legit, but it certainly sounds fishy. That is an *awfully* 
good price for that much gear. He could certainly net more by selling 
the individual pieces.
