[Elecraft] SSB at something more then 2.2kHz?

Don,

When reading this message last evening I looked at 
the Elecraft web site order page and could not 
find this K2SSBCAPKT (it was there when I looked 
in the Spring because I did a long print out of 
everything K2 related).

Is it still available but no longer listed?
