[Elecraft] Synchronized and stable GPS phase lock for KX3, K3 and XV transverters

Count me in!
Ever since i got that REF board - i've been looking for that elusive Trimble unit.
People had told me that eBay is full of them for like $70.
Yeah, right! Maybe 10 years ago...
Now, they're about $200-300 depending on power supply availability, and you can't even find them...
So, yeah, i want this board to work!
